My Secret To Having An Aligned Week

Imagine planning out your week and feeling awesome about it

As a solopreneur and soulpreneur sometimes it’s easy to get caught up and stressed with the endless to-do lists and days that either feel too short or too long where you want to get done as much possible while also feeling aligned and like you’re truly taking care of your business and yourself. It sounds like a lot. And it is.

To help myself with this to start my week, on Sundays or early on Monday I sit down with these questions and try to really figure out what it is I’m calling in for the week. I’ve found that the more I focus on the feeling instead of the actual “goal” the more focused I am and the less stressed out I feel while reaching for the goal.

I also reflect on the past week by thinking about what I would like to let go of, and what lessons or phrases I would like to remember into this blank new week full of possibilities.

Also! Planning out time for self care has been a game changer, as I tend to forget about my me time while I prioritize client work or going to the grocery store last minute. My moment of the day can be: dry brushing my face right before a shower, a long meditation session, a walk along the park, watching a movie that makes me feel good, making myself a cup of coffee with a new barista recipe.

It doesn’t have to be too long or elaborate, the whole point is to find a moment each day for you and what makes you feel good!

With all of this in mind I created my own Weekly Planner with space for all of these reminders and space for plans and lists from Monday through Friday and the weekend.
